Project Guidelines

Sketch, model, measure, cut, and assemble a wooden sculpture made out of two connecting volumes.

Project Outcomes

Being able to create an idea using clay modeling to create a mockup, then converting that into sketches with accurate measurements to develop a cut list. Then, woodworking and finishing skills would be applied to assemble the sculpture.

In my process, my goal was to create a volume that would be a study of physics by being both asymmetrical and able to balance on any side on which it is placed, and in the end, it successfully does so.
