I presented the restaurant with the idea of doing an oyster themed event with one of our oyster purveyors, Dan Martino, as he released his new book. In collaboration, we threw an hour and a half event, which was intended to only hold 55 people but ended up being expanded to 85 people after we sold out so quickly. This campaign was for social media as well as print posters put up throughout the neighborhood. Over 50% of the tickets were sold from the Instagram posts alone.
